03 / AI Chatbots & Support
AI chatbots that answer, qualify, and book 24/7.
The enquiry that arrives at your Singapore clinic at 9:47 PM, while your front desk is on another call, or over a long weekend is the one you are most likely to lose. By the time someone replies the next morning, the patient has messaged two competitors and booked the one that answered first. An AI chatbot closes that gap: it replies in seconds, on the channel your patients actually use, and moves the conversation toward a booking instead of an inbox.
We build WhatsApp bots, website chatbots, and AI receptionist systems for Singapore clinics and service businesses. They answer from your real information, qualify the enquiry, book into your calendar, and hand off to a human the moment a conversation needs one. This is the page for AI chatbot Singapore, WhatsApp bot, and AI receptionist work. Every chatbot route on this site points here.
The problem
Most clinics lose enquiries they never realise they had.
A patient messages on WhatsApp after hours and waits. The front desk is juggling phone calls, walk-ins, and intake forms, so an email enquiry sits unread for hours. A web-form lead comes in on a Saturday and is forgotten by Monday. None of this shows up in a report; it just shows up as a quieter month.
Adding headcount does not solve it. Another pair of hands still sleeps, still takes lunch, still gets pulled into the room when a patient needs help. The enquiries that arrive outside business hours need an answer at that moment, or they go elsewhere.
How it works
A bot that understands intent, not keywords.
The bot sits on WhatsApp (and your website, if you want). A patient messages in plain language ("do you have a slot tomorrow afternoon?") and the bot understands the intent, checks your real availability, offers the genuine open slots, and writes the booking back to your system.
It answers the common questions from information you control: opening hours, session types, what to bring, fees, location, preparation. When a conversation is sensitive, urgent, or outside its scope, it routes the patient to a human instead of guessing. A person still confirms every booking where confirmation matters. The bot removes the typing and the waiting, not the judgement.
What we build
AI Receptionist / Virtual Assistant
A front-desk agent that answers every call-equivalent enquiry, on WhatsApp or your website, understands what the caller wants, and takes the next step: booking, routing, or answering from your real information. It does not read from a rigid menu; it holds a conversation.
WhatsApp & Website Chatbots
WhatsApp is where your patients already message. We build the bot on the channel they use, not a chat window nobody opens. The same brain can power a website chat widget so web visitors get the same instant answers.
Customer Support Automation
The repetitive part of support (opening hours, pricing, what to prepare for an appointment, where you are located) gets answered instantly and accurately. Your team handles what genuinely needs a person, instead of all of it.
Booking & Scheduling Bots
The bot reads real availability from your booking system, offers real slots, and writes the appointment back: no double-bookings, no manual entry. A human confirms where confirmation matters.

Common questions
- How much does an AI chatbot cost in Singapore?
- There are two separate costs. The build is a one-off, quoted after a call, and depends on how many systems it has to talk to. A bot that only answers questions is a much smaller job than one that reads a live calendar and writes a booking. Then there is the running cost, which is mostly Meta's WhatsApp charges plus AI usage.
- Can the chatbot work on WhatsApp?
- Yes, and in practice WhatsApp is where most of our builds live. It runs on the official WhatsApp Business API, so the conversation happens in the app your customers already use, on your own business number. Enquiries from Meta ads and website forms are pulled into the same thread rather than sitting in a separate inbox.
- How long does it take to build?
- Most systems go live in one to three weeks from the scoping call. What moves that is access, not our build time: if we are writing into a booking system or a CRM, we need working credentials and clarity on the rules before anything can be tested properly.
- What happens when the bot cannot answer something?
- It hands over to a person, and we decide the handover points with you before we build. On a caravan dealership we built, the agent collects photos and details but every valuation goes to a human. On a counselling practice, crisis language is caught by fixed rules that never depend on the model, and goes straight to the team.
