A small AI automation studio in Singapore.
autolabclick builds AI systems for clinics and service businesses: the kind that answer enquiries, qualify them, book appointments and write the result into whatever software the business already runs on.
We are deliberately small. The person you speak to on the discovery call is the person who scopes the system and builds it, which is why a build is usually live in one to three weeks rather than one to three months. It also means we take on a limited number of builds at a time, and will say so if we cannot start when you need to.
How we think about it
Built by someone who has had to run the business, not just the software.
autolabclick is run by an operator who has started and run businesses of his own. That background is the reason the questions on a discovery call are the boring operational ones (who sees the message first, what they do next, what happens when they are busy) rather than questions about technology.
It also sets what we treat as a result. A system that produces an impressive demo but that the front desk quietly works around within a fortnight has not solved anything. The one that counts is the one still running six months later, when nobody is thinking about it any more.

We build on your platforms
The system runs on the tools your business already uses: your booking platform, your CRM, your WhatsApp number. We do not move you onto something of ours, because the moment a system only works while we are involved, it has become a liability rather than an asset.
The handover line comes first
Before anything is built we agree exactly where the system stops and a person takes over. Most AI projects fail at that question rather than at the code, and it is the part that decides whether you can actually trust the thing to answer without you watching it.
We say no when automation is not the fix
Sometimes the honest answer after a discovery call is that the problem is a process, not a missing system, and that building something would just add a layer on top of it. We would rather say that on a free call than take on a build that was never going to work.
You own everything
It goes live on your own number and your own accounts. You keep the customer relationship, the message history and the data. Nothing sits behind a login that only we hold, and nothing stops working if you stop working with us.
Who we build for
Based in Singapore, building in 4 countries.
We are based in Singapore and most of our work is here, but the problem we solve is not local. The published builds run for businesses in US, Australia, UK and Singapore (counselling practices, med spas, property rentals and ecommerce), because a missed enquiry costs the same in every one of them.
Being local does matter in one specific way: a Singapore clinic has rules about what its marketing may say, patient data it has to handle correctly, and a language mix a generic overseas template does not account for. That is the part we build around rather than the part we hope nobody asks about.
The work falls into 4 areas: Lead Generation, Workflow Automation, AI Chatbots & Support and CRM & Sales Systems, though in practice most builds combine two or three of them.
