02 / Workflow Automation

Workflow automation that connects your tools.

Most service businesses in Singapore run on a tangle of tools that do not talk to each other. A booking here, a CRM there, a spreadsheet that is somehow the source of truth. Staff bridge the gaps by copying data between screens, all day, every day. Workflow automation connects those tools so an event in one triggers the right action in the next: no manual handoff, nothing dropped.

We build custom automation in n8n, Make.com, and Zapier for Singapore service businesses: the connective tissue between the software you already run.

The problem

Copy-paste between tools is invisible, expensive work.

A new booking gets entered into the calendar, then re-typed into the CRM, then messaged to the practitioner. A lead comes in and someone manually decides who follows up and logs it where. The weekly report is assembled by hand from three exports. None of it is hard. All of it is slow, error-prone, and quietly eats the day.

And when someone forgets a step (the confirmation that did not get sent, the record that did not get updated), it is the customer who notices first.

How it works

Trigger, transform, action, wired across your stack.

Every workflow is built around an event: a new booking, a form submission, a tag added in the CRM, a message received. That trigger kicks off a sequence of steps (look up the customer, format the data, branch on a condition) and ends in one or more actions: update a record, send a message, create a task, append a row.

We map the process with you first, on paper, so the automation mirrors how your business actually runs instead of forcing your business to fit a template. Then we build it, test it against real data, and hand it over with documentation your team can follow.

Because the workflows live outside any single app, they survive a tool change. Swap your booking system, switch CRM, or move a channel from email to WhatsApp and the automation is re-pointed at the new tool, not rebuilt from scratch. You are not locked into one vendor's workflow builder, and you are not paying a per-task markup on work your own infrastructure can do. That matters in Singapore, where data residency and ownership are increasingly part of the brief.

What we build

Custom n8n / Make.com / Zapier Workflows

We build in the automation platform that fits your stack and your budget, including self-hostable n8n when you want to own the runtime and keep your data in your own region. The right tool for the job, not the one we resell.

Multi-Platform Integrations

Your booking system, CRM, inbox, spreadsheets, accounting, and messaging apps finally talk to each other. A new booking updates the CRM, posts a message to the team, and creates a follow-up task, without a human copying anything between screens.

Automated Reporting & Alerts

The numbers you check every Monday morning, assembled and delivered on their own: a weekly summary in your inbox, a Slack ping the moment a metric crosses a threshold. You stop assembling reports and start reading them.

Process Automation (end-to-end)

A full workflow strung together: a trigger, the steps in between, and the outcome. We map the entire process once, automate the repeatable middle, and leave the genuinely human decisions where they belong.

Common questions

What is workflow automation?
Connecting the tools you already use so information moves between them without a person copying it across. A new booking updates the CRM, posts a message to the team, and creates a follow-up task on its own. You map the process once, automate the repeatable middle, and leave the genuinely human decisions where they are.
Do you use n8n, Make.com or Zapier?
Whichever fits your stack and your budget. We do not resell any of them. The one difference worth knowing is that n8n can be self-hosted, so if you want to own the runtime and keep your data in your own region, that is the option that allows it.
What kinds of work are worth automating?
The repetitive middle of a process: moving a booking into the CRM, assembling the report you rebuild every Monday, alerting the team when a metric crosses a threshold, creating the follow-up task somebody always forgets. Anything that is the same steps every time is a candidate; anything requiring a judgement call is not.
How long does a workflow build take?
Most go live in one to three weeks. What moves that is access rather than build time: if the workflow reads or writes a booking platform, CRM or accounting system, we need working credentials early or testing stalls.
