What they needed
Spine Zone Chiropractic is a chiropractic clinic in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, with more than one branch.
They needed two things: commission worked out without the monthly grind, and WhatsApp questions answered without pulling a chiropractor away from a patient.
The problem
Two jobs that ate into the week.
The director told us commission was the most time-consuming job of the month. It was worked out by hand, from the month's invoices.
WhatsApp brought the same questions every day: prices, opening hours, free slots. Someone had to stop and answer each one.
How we solved it
We started with the job that cost the most time.
We spoke with the director over several calls, put the problems in order together, and started with commission.
An app now works out each chiropractor's commission from the clinic's own invoices. The admin checks each statement and sends it with one button. We checked its figures against the clinic's own invoices.
Next came the WhatsApp front desk. It answers the everyday questions, offers real free times and books the visit. New patients pay a deposit to keep their slot, and health questions go straight to a person. It is built and in final testing.

Nothing changes in how the clinic bills its patients.

Commission is worked out through the day
The app picks up each new invoice and works out who is owed what.

The admin checks and sends
Each chiropractor gets their statement by email when the admin presses Send. Nothing goes out on its own.

Patients get answers on WhatsApp (in final testing)
Prices, hours and free slots answered straight away, a deposit for new patients, and a person for anything clinical.
