Industry: Real Estate & Property
Answer every property enquiry the minute it lands.
Property is a speed-to-lead business. The enquiry that arrives while you are at a viewing, driving between appointments, or asleep is the one you are most likely to lose, not because the enquirer chose someone better, but because someone else answered first. We build WhatsApp agents for property and rental businesses that reply immediately, answer the obvious questions, and hand the agent a qualified enquirer instead of a name.
The reality for an agent
The job that generates enquiries is the job that stops you answering them.
An agent's day is spent in the places where a phone cannot be answered: viewings, inspections, meetings, the car. Meanwhile enquiries arrive from listing portals, Meta ads, website forms and WhatsApp: several channels at once, none of which wait.
Most of those first messages ask the same handful of things: is it still available, what is included, how does the process work, can you help someone in my situation. None of it needs an agent's judgement, but all of it needs an answer before the enquirer will engage any further.
And a property enquiry is only useful once you know who the person is: budget, timing, requirements, whether they are even in the country yet. That is a profile to be built, not a question to be answered, and building it by hand over a stop-start message thread is where most of the time goes.
Where automation helps
An instant first reply, on every channel
Portal enquiries, ad leads and website forms all arrive in one WhatsApp thread and get answered in seconds, at any hour and from any time zone. See AI chatbots & AI receptionist →
Qualification that builds the profile for you
Budget, timing, requirements and particulars are collected in the conversation itself, so the agent picks up a complete picture rather than starting the questions from scratch. See CRM & sales systems →
Everything lands where the team already works
Completed enquiries are written into the sheet or CRM the team runs from, so nothing is re-typed and nothing sits in a separate inbox nobody opens. See workflow automation →

Common questions
- Can it reply to enquiries from property portals?
- If the enquiry reaches you as a message, an email or a webhook, it can be picked up and answered. What it cannot do is act inside a portal's own inbox where there is no way in. In that case the practical setup is to route the enquiry out to WhatsApp, which is where the conversation usually ends up anyway.
- Will it try to close the deal?
- No, and it should not. It answers the questions that come before a person is needed, collects what the agent would otherwise have to ask for, and hands over a complete picture. The viewing, the negotiation and the relationship stay with the agent.
- What does the agent actually receive?
- A profile rather than a name and a question. On the student-housing build we did, the agent gets who the enquirer is, what they need, when they need it, and their particulars, written into the sheet the team already works from, so nothing is re-typed.
- What about enquiries that arrive overnight?
- Those are the ones this is for. An overseas enquirer sending a message at 3 AM local time gets an answer immediately instead of finding a reply the next afternoon, by which point they have usually messaged someone else.
